MHSAA Guidance Changes

The MHSAA has issued new guidance for youth football leagues. The QB Club in coordination with the Western Youth Football League Coordinators are implementing the following changes.

Western Youth Program Goals

1. Have fun
2. Learn skills and fundamentals of football
3. Keep high numbers of players each year with intention to see students who love the game enter middle school football

Changes were made (from MHSAA down to local leagues) with the intention of allowing players to grow and develop throughout the course of their time in the youth program. Each step progresses them up to eventually playing tackle. We want to keep kids playing football and give them a great experience!
